ConocoPhillips Lubricants Upgrades 76 Lubricants and Kendall Synthetic Blend Diesel Motor Oils to API CJ-4 Quality
In our continued efforts to provide you with the best products available, ConocoPhillips Lubricants is excited to announce that we have upgraded our 76 Super Diesel Synthetic Blend and Kendall GT-1® Diesel Synthetic Blend Motor Oils to API CJ-4 quality, the latest diesel engine oil standard. These offerings were specially developed for use in diesel engines of light trucks and sport utility vehicles and exceed the performance requirements of major North American Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM). The performance benefits of the upgraded CJ-4 motor oils include:
- Easier cold starts and faster oil flow to critical parts at low temperatures
- Reduced corrosion and engine wear
- Less discharge of volatile material into the environment
- Excellent soot dispersion and viscosity control of soot-laden oil
- Protection for exhaust after-treatment devices
